This special experience includes 3 parts:
RELEASE: Creative visualization and sound bath to release old energies and disable limiting beliefs. Features Ho’oponopono, ancient Hawaiian energetic release practice.
RECLAIM: Shamanic breath work journey in the tradition of ancient customs to awaken your warrior spirit and inspire enlightened thoughts and clarity.
RESTORE: Guided meditation and sound bath to open the door to new opportunities with purification of the spirit and transformation of the mind.
Closing Kava Ceremony to offer gratitude to Source/God/Universe and our ancestors for granting mana’o (insight) and unconditional love for the new road ahead.
Please be prepared to spend 90 minutes for this experience. It is advisable to have eaten a light meal 2 hours prior to beginning this experience.

Please bring with you: Yoga mat, cushion, light blanket, water for hydration, a journal if you wish. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before we start to allow yourself time to settle in.
